The mouse I use, made a creaking noise. It annoyed me enough to take a closer look at it. The noise turned out to come from two plastic parts wringing against each other. A small amount of silicon spray fixed it.
Even though this Wacom KC-100-00 is a rare type of computer mouse, I’m sure this problem is quite common and this solution will work for other mice and plastic objects as well.
